Lumbar Microdiscetomy 1 interspace $12,100 USD and 2 interspace $9,130 USD. This is a surgery to remove part or all of a bulging or damaged/herniated disc in the lower spine.

Thoracic Laminectomy, Facetectomy & Foraminotomy 1 segment $9,900 USD and 2 segments $11,000 USD.  Laminectomy is the removal of the lamina in the affected area of the mid region spine.  Facetectomy is the removal of the diseased facet joint which impacts the nerve root in the mid region spine.  Foraminotomy is the removal of the bone around the neural foramen in the affected area of the spine in the mid region spine.
